I am fortunate to have a great job, with a great bank, in a great town, which allows me to do loans in multiple parts of the country. This allows me to help people with, what for most, will be the largest financial transaction of their life. I have been able to work with over 4,200 clients and close over $560 million – half a billion- in mortgage loans. I do my best to explain how the process works for homeowners and investors. Having worked on so many loans, with so many borrowers, I can provide much more than just a loan. I help borrowers reach their financial goals. I work with mortgage financing every day, but most buyers or individuals refinancing deal with the process only three or four times in their life. With an MBA from the University of Kansas and years of experience in the industry, I strive to help the customer get the best loan for their current life situation.
